The Team
We are a small company with a fantastic team of people behind us. The structure of our team is paramount and we all have important roles to play, that allow us to provide a professional but friendly service. We like to create a relaxed atmosphere in the office and feel that it is important to get to know our client's on a personal level. This allows us to understand what you are trying to achieve and then strive to exceed your expectations.
To give you idea of how our team works our roles on a day to day basis is described below.
Tony: A typical day for Tony is spent equally divided between the office and on site. Tony liaises directly with clients throughout their project, working closely with Martin on site and Dave in the office. Tony's day can involve design work, ordering construction materials, meeting with clients and sub-contractors and managing build budgets. Sometimes he even makes the tea, but there room for improvement here!
Dave: Generally Dave spends most of his day in the office working on designs, managing planning and building regulation applications, producing working drawings and liaising closely with Tony and Martin on site queries to keep things moving smoothly. Dave is the calming influence in the office and never gets flustered!
Martin: His job is the toughest and on a daily basis Martin manages and organises the site, subcontractors and deals with material orders. Most of his day is spent on site with a quick visit to the office once a day to deal with paperwork. Sometimes he even treats us with bacon sandwiches! - but not often enough.
