259 Sandbanks Road – Planning Achieved!!!
We have secured another planning application for the remodel and extension of an existing property to create a luxury residence in Sandbanks, Poole.
The proposals include a dramatic face lift to a property in the Lilliput area. The existing 1205ft2 two storey building, which was in much need of the proposed works when bought by a local resident. Our proposed design sailed through planning, the new home will be able to boast a floor area of 2645ft2, with a 535ft2 kitchen/family room, cinema room, 4 double bedrooms, 3 en-suites and a 2nd floor living room with reaching views across Poole Harbour.
The striking exterior comprises of a floating roof that appears to sit on glass to all four sides of the property. The use of copper cladding panels and dark hard wood cladding give the property a clean and contemporary look.
Estimates by local Estate Agents suggest the property, once completed to the standard the client is looking to achieve, will fetch in the region of £1.1million. We have recently completed the working drawings and work on site has commenced. We will be keeping a close eye on this project and will be updating the blog as work progresses.
