Ah.Design to project manage in Broadstone
We are proud and excited to anounce that we have been chosen to deliver Mike and Jan Tanner's substantial extension and refurbishment to transform a chalet bungalow in Broadstone, into a modern family home. Works on site are due to commence in June, and we have already started organising demolition and strip out.
The 900ft² existing red brick and concrete tile roof chalet will undergo a major transformation, with the addition of a two storey side extension and rear single storey extension, including total internal refurbishment. The result will be a buff brick, cream render with slate effect roofed family house, achieving 2000ft² with 4 double bedrooms, en suite and dressing to master bedroom, 4 reception rooms, gallery staircase and a 275ft² kitchen/family room complete with 4.0m wide folding sliding doors opening onto a courtyard rear garden.
We were also the designers of the project and battled our way to acheive planning permission back in March this year.
The project is expected to take approximately 16 weeks with completion targeted end of September to mid October.
