Ah.Design to project manage Chine Walk
We have been selected to project manage Jon and Rachel's build project in Ferndown, Dorset.
We are all really excited in the office at the prospect of working on this build which will have plenty of challenges to overcome. Since completing the design of the house and achieving planning permission we have been discussing with Jon and Rachel the best build route to take and we agreed that our project management service was the best way to achieve the high quality finish and maximize value for money. It also provides the continuity to ensure that the original design concept isn't lost in translation.
We have set a date of 1st November to commence on site and we are busy preparing the working drawings and liaising with the Structural Engineer. We will be posting to our blog as work proceeds which will include details of how the build is progressing and also photographs - watch this space!
