Planning Granted for 6500 sq ft luxury house on exclusive estate
We are pleased to report that Ah.Design has secured planning permission for another luxury house on the exclusive Avon Castle estate in Ringwood. The application went through on the first attempt following negotiations during the application period with the East Dorset’s Planning Authority.
The house boasts a 3 bay garage with guest accommodation, 5 reception rooms, an 850ft² kitchen/family room, 5 double bedrooms, 3 en suites, games room and gym. The period property is an attempt to break the mould of recent developments on the estate with the use of high quality materials such as bronze casement windows set in natural stone surrounds, plain clay roof tiles, cast iron gutters and downpipes, lime mortar brickwork with green oak post and beam construction to single storey areas.
The approval is an addition to our portfolio of successful applications on the Avon Castle Estate, following the grant of planning permission for a 5000ft² contemporary house in Avon Avenue earlier this year.
